I ordered from lumely.co the tracking updates were super confusing right from the start. I kept having to check everything myself, and the emails didn’t really explain much at all. I reached out for help, but the reply I got was really vague. Definitely not a great experience if you actually want to know where your order is.

I wasn’t expecting anything amazing for the price, and I kind of assumed there’d be some catch or they’d try to make up for it somewhere. But overall, it was worth it. The prices aren’t too bad, and for what you get, I’d say it’s a solid buy.

At first it seemed fine and looked decent enough, but after only a few uses it started feeling really cheap and coming apart. For the price, I think most customers would expect it to last longer than that. I definitely wouldn’t buy it again.

I tried ordering from Lumely, it wasn’t not frustrating. I figured it would be a quick thing, but the whole process ended up feeling way more annoying than it should’ve been.
The site kept lagging on me, and my cart changed twice before I even got to checkout. Then I had to re-enter my details again, which definitely didn’t make it any less irritating.

For such a simple order, it took too long and just didn’t feel smooth at all. I won’t say I didn’t almost give up before paying, because I definitely came close.

I ordered from Lumely the delivery wasn’t awful, but it definitely wasn’t quick either. It showed up a few days later than I expected, which is already annoying, but the tracking barely updated the whole time, so I was just sitting there wondering where my package was. Like, can we at least get a status that makes sense? The package did arrive in good condition, so I’m not making a huge deal out of it, but the shipping could definitely be faster or at least a little more transparent

I found what I needed in a couple minutes or so. The site was easy enough to use, just felt a bit slow here and there.

The return itself was fine. Nothing really complicated about it, but the refund did take a little while to come through.

The packaging looked really nice and neat when it arrived, like it was trying to make a grand entrance. There was definitely a dramatic amount of tape on it, though, but overall it looked good...

I’ll admit, my shortcut for judging lights is simple: if I turn it on and don’t immediately notice a difference, it’s probably not bright enough for me. This one looks nice and has a decent design, but the light itself feels weak, so the overall effect is kind of dull. It’s fine if you only want a subtle glow, but I was expecting more

I ordered this really hoping the personalization would come out nice, but the name and a few of the small details were off. It felt like they just used a quick template and didn’t really double-check anything.
I tried to just overlook it, but it looks kind of awkward as a gift. For me, it really wasn’t worth it...

I bought this as a gift and the person I sent it to really liked it. I also got the order confirmation and receipt in my email right away, which made it easy to keep track of. Overall, a simple but good gift option

I reached out because I had a question about my order, i wasn’t sure if I’d get a real answer or just one of those generic replies. Later that same day, the support team got back to me, and I was pleasantly surprised because they actually answered my specific question clearly.
The only reason I’m going with 4 stars is that it took a few hours longer than I was hoping for. It wasn’t a huge deal, though, and once they replied, everything was handled well. Overall, I had a good experience.

When I got it, the photo looked blurry to me, and the engraving was hard to read. I was expecting the details to be a bit sharper, so it felt a little disappointing overall.
